Quick & Easy Christmas Gift & A Bonus Upcycle/Recycle Gift

Quick & Easy Christmas Gift(s)  -- Different Options for Different Budgets & Kid Friendly

Want a functional yet pretty and unique gift for someone on your list
this year?

Then checkout the Christmas Postage Stamps at your local Postal Office (or online).

You can buy them by the sheets, and if you don't want to give an entire
sheet (lol); you could cut them into smaller sections.

Now for the unique part --

Make a "unique box" to house those in.
        or
Do like I am going to do and put them in a pretty frame.

       or

Make a really cool gift card holder and put some in it

NOTE:  WHATEVER YOU DO, MAKE SURE YOU COVER THE BACKSIDE WITH WAXED
PAPER!

I am including a card that hangs from mine that says, "Break glass in case of emergency".
Just for a little humor.

Whether these remain as artwork or get used, either way it is a fun and unique gift, and there are a million ways to jazz up an old frame, you might even want to use stamps other than Christmas ones, the post office has some unique ones.

Now for the Recycle or Upcycle Tip!

If you have old Christmas Cards that you have saved in your stash in envelopes, (or the ones you get this year) -- cut the postage stamps off and create a nice collage that you can frame.  If you are really excited to do this and don't have stamps, you can always google and find printable ones to print and decoupage on.
These would also make pretty art on paper ornaments or air dry clay ornaments, just modge podge away.

This would be an excellent craft for kids.
Til next time, keep it fun, keep it simple and most of all just have fun!
